Strength Training Plans

Strength training plans built for the multisport athlete. Programming is offered through group or APP based plans. Off Season and In Season Cycle Strong / Run Strong group or online strength training programs.

Cycle Strong. Run Strong.

Our program is designed to take the athletes from, post competition phase focusing on rehabilitation, mobility, and movement techniques, through to race season preparation by next spring.​

*program runs 2 times a week from fall to spring.

Mondays and Wednesdays

  • 4:30-5:30

  • 5:30-6:30 

  • 6:30-7:30

How it Works

  • Workouts are recorded, logged, and tracked for ongoing feedback

  • Exercise adjustments can be made to suit equipment or injury limitations 

  • Video examples for each exercise ensure proper form and technique
