Coach Jen put together a great ride if you are in the St.Albert area. Starting at Bucco, which isn't a bad place to finish at, you get to ride a mix of road and an option for a bike path on about 1/3 of the route. Also found within the link here are options for adding distance as well as a couple good notes of roads to avoid around that loop.
