Off-Season Group Strength Training Programs

Training is a year-round pursuit - but changing things up in the 'off-season' can pay off in dividends, in both performance and injury prevention. We run a selection of off-season sport-specific programs out of Spectrum Performance Gym. The RUN STRONG and CYCLE STRONG off-season training programs run from October to June. Group Track Workouts

Weekly coached sessions designed for fitness enthusiasts to runners chasing PRs. 

 

Join us Starting May 2024, Thursdays 6-7 am.

 

Our track workouts are for everyone. We encourage all levels and those with all different types of goals to attend our track sessions. Knowing that, we do our best to accommodate everyone’s abilities and goals, from fitness to race performances. We make this work while still working within our motivating and supportive group dynamic so everyone feels challenged and supported at every workout session.
