Social Distance Coaching: Cycling
Spring can bring a lot of firsts or at least first time in along while.I think this holds true even more so this spring season with the flood of new cyclists. No cycling is not that hard, you probably did it as a kid and now it's like "getting back onto that horse " right ? Not necessarily, bikes have a lot more to them then they did years ago, features that can lead to a much more efficient and enjoyable rides if you know how to utilize them all. Second to that and maybe more important are some bike handling skills that can keep you riding safe on the pathways or roads.
Aerobic Power is offering 1 on 1 coaching with social distance to help you learn or get a refresher on everything that will enhance your cycling experience. These one hour outdoor sessions will cover everything from general bike set up, clipping in and out, avoiding road debris, braking, efficient use of gears, climbing/descending, riding safely alongside pedestrians and or traffic, as well as many other beneficial skills.
