Putting the Face to Face back into Personalized Coaching

I’m very excited to be getting back into the community through some participation in more events and providing opportunities for more “live“coaching at Aerobic Power.

With the goal of providing more face-to-face coaching time Aerobic Power is now providing the option to include one on one or small group coached training sessions within your monthly online training program. We strongly believe these interactions can provide the athlete valuable workout feedback as well as insight for the coaches into how athletes are handling the daily grind.
