This winter, don’t just train—train with purpose and connection. Our Live Virtual Coached Bike Workouts combine personalized coaching, cutting-edge technology, and a supportive community to bring out your best, whether you're riding for fitness, fun, or competition.


Launching Saturday, January 11th, this program offers more than just workouts—it’s about mastering the art of ridingand transforming your training into an experience that’s both enjoyable and highly effective.

Ride Schedule Starting January 11th, 2025:


Live Coached Workouts

  • Tuesdays: 6–7 PM

  • Thursdays: 6–7 AM

  • Saturdays: 9–10:30 AM (longer sessions as spring approaches)

Replay on Demand

  • Access previously recorded rides anytime, anywhere.

Replay with Live Group

  • Ride a previously coached workout with others at scheduled times for a community feel.

Training Peaks Athletes

  • Seamlessly perform your Training Peaks workouts on the platform, while enjoying interactive features and transparent overlays.


A Community Built on Value

We know mid-season can be a tough time to add something new. That’s why we’re keeping this affordable while delivering unmatched value:


$49/Month

  • 3 Live Coached Workouts per Week

  • Unlimited Replay and On-Demand Access

  • Integration with Training Peaks for your personalized rides

At just $6 per coached session (based on only attending 2 live sessions per week), this program offers an all-in-one alternative to Zwift or Rouvy while helping you prepare for a strong spring and summer season.


Training Peaks Add-On

  • In addition to the above you may use the platform for your specific Training Peaks rides: $33/month
